ADP Integration Overview


Verizon Wireless Field Force Manager and ADP clients can now transfer employee job shift and stop times from Verizon Wireless' Field Force Manager Basic or Premium into ADPs time and labor management systems. Integrated Design's (IDI) Mobile Link Mobile Link integration software, sold by ADP, facilitates the data transfer and eliminates costly and error-prone manual entry in both systems. Mobile Link makes it easy for clients to leverage the mobile time capture capabilities of Field Force Manager and realize the compliance, reporting and payroll integration benefi ts of ADP's suite of time systems, including ezLaborManager, Enterprise eTIME, and eTIME1000.

Exchanging Data with ADP's Time and Labor Management


The Mobile Link integration software extracts information from Field Force Manager each day. The transactions are processed and seamlessly uploaded into the clients ADP time system. In addition to quickly and reliably transferring employee time, Mobile Link can be confi gured to meet client-specifi c requirements as follows: Send Field Force Manager form data to the ADP time system
  • Filter employee transactions by including/excluding job data
  • Pass mileage information to Enterprise eTIME or eTIME1000
  • Send either Shift or Job start/stop times

Running Mobile Link


Users can choose how to run Mobile Link. In most cases, users set up Mobile Link as a scheduled event to automate the data fl ow. Alternatively, two quick steps are all it takes for the user to control the timing of the data integration: 1) Double-click the icon and execute Mobile Link Employee data is pulled from Field Force Manager using Web services and data is formatted to align with the clients ADP system 2) Import time transactions into ADP Mobile Link automatically uploads the employee punch times into the ADP time system. For a user-controlled process, the user follows the ADP import process.

Ordering Mobile Link


Ordering Mobile Link is simple. Clients contact their ADP sales representative who will provide pricing including the monthly fee and set-up charges. Client setup is managed by ADP and Verizon Wireless through Xora, Verizon Wireless' Field Force Manager integration partner. The client's designated ADP Support Hub provides ongoing support for the ADP and Mobile Link systems. Clients receive free Mobile Link upgrades when they upgrade their ADP time system.
