This course is designed to provide you with the tools you will need to manage
your workers from the Field Force Manager Website.

Track and Manage Your Mobile Workforce

• Learn to navigate the website using the tabs, toolbar and filters
• Become skilled at locating your workers using maps and breadcrumb trails
• Find a worker's current job site, hours worked, and communication status
• Learn how to create and dispatch jobs to your workers' phones
• Create mobile forms, allowing your workers to enter data in the field
• Create locations to identify when workers are at jobs or out of bounds
• Create custom alerts specific to your business' needs
• View alerts triggered by your employees in the field
• Send locations to your workers' phones for turn-by-turn driving directions
• Send mobile messages to your workers

Reports

• Run and view reports on your workers collected from GPS data
• Learn how to set up and run reports for unique groups of workers over specific periods of time
• Export job, form, and timecard data submitted from your workers' phones
• Arrange for automated reports to be sent to your email

Administration

• Walk through the initial configuration of your phones and the website using the application set up wizard
• Customize the website by changing your company's settings and preferences
• Learn to create and edit website users
• Create security roles restricting what your managers see when viewing the website
• Separate your workers into distinct groups
• Set Hours of Operations for individual workers
• Receive additional resources, including support and training links
