- Highlight and tap on"Settings" from the main menu.
- Scroll down to "Location & Security" and tap on it.
- On the "Location & Security" select "Use GPS Satellites" and tap on it.
- Now Location On is set on your Android Device.
- Tap on the magnifying glass button to open your internet browswer on your Android phone.
- Type in http://support.fieldforcemanager.com/deploy/FieldForceManager/Android/index.htm in the URL section of your browser and press Go or Enter on the keyboard. (You can also copy and paste these instructions into and email and send them to yourself. Then open the email with your phone and click on the link in the email.)
- Now, tap on the Install Field Force Manager, link.
- Now, highlight Field Force Manager under Download history and select.
- On the next screen, tap on Install.
- The installation process will start.
- Now press Open to start the FFM application on your phone.
- Device will activate using phone number of the device. Device will automatically login to the mobile worker for that device. You will see the EULA (End User License Agreement) page on your phone screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the EULA page and tap on I Agree.
- Next, the Warning screen apprears on your phone. Tap on I Agree.
- Now you will get the message Performing Server Sync on your phone screen.
- The next screen appears displaying the list of the New Updates (if any), such as New Forms, New Jobs, etc. Tap on OK.
- Finally, the Field Force Manager main screen appears on your Android phone.
- Tap on the arrow button (to the left of the word Phone) on the Home Screen of your Android phone.
- From All Programs, scroll down and tap on FFM icon.
- Device will activate using phone number of the device. Device will automatically login to the mobile worker for that device. You will see the EULA (End User License Agreement) page on your phone screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the EULA page and tap on I Agree.
- Next, the Warning screen apprears on your phone. Tap on I Agree.
- Now you will get the message Performing Server Sync on your phone screen.
- The next screen appears displaying the list of the New Updates (if any), such as New Forms, New Jobs, etc. Tap on OK.
- Finally, the Field Force Manager main screen appears on your Android phone.

- Select System
- Select Clocks & Alarms
- Select Set date and time to current date and time
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Click on the Internet Explorer menu item
- Enter http://support.fieldforcemanager.com/deploy/FieldForceManager/ES400/download.htm into the web browser and select Ok
- Select Install Field Force Manager and select Ok
- Select Yes
- The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Select Done
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu and start Field Force Manager
- Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
- Select Accept when the warning is displayed
- Highlight and tap on"Settings" from the main menu.
- Scroll down to "Location & Security" and tap on it.
- On the "Location & Security" select "Use GPS Satellites" and tap on it.
- Now Location On is set on your Android Device.
- Tap on the magnifying glass button to open your internet browswer on your Android phone.

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu
- Scroll to Phone Settings and click OK
- Scroll to Location and click OK
- Select Location On and click OK
- Press the Red Hang Up key to return to the phone’s main menu
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Media Center menu
- Scroll to Browse and Download and click OK
- Scroll to Get New App, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Business Tools / Information
and click OK
- Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.
Wait while the phone downloads the application
- The phone will prompt you to run the application. Scroll to Yes and click OK
- The application will automatically activate the device and log into the linked user
- Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed

- Select the Advanced Options menu item
- Select the GPS menu item
- Select the GPS Services and set to Location On
- Press the Back button and select Save to the change made
- Press the Back button key to return to the phone’s main menu
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Browser menu item
- Enter http://solutions.vzwshop.com/vzstart/ into the phones Browser and select the Field Force Manager icon or click on this link Link
- Select Install Field Force Manager
- Check the box for Set Application Permissions,and select the Download button
- Select View to set permissions for Field Force Manager
- Set the permissions for All Connections to Allow, and Save changes
- The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Run
- The application will activate automatically using your devices phone number
- Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
- Select Accept when the warning is displayed
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Select Settings
- Select Personal
- Select Phone
- Select the tabServices
- Select GPS and press the Change Settings button
- Change GPS toLocation On press Ok
- Press the Ok button key to return to the phone’s Settings screen
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Click on the Internet Explorer menu item
- Select Field Force Manager and select Ok or enter http://support.fieldforcemanager.com/deploy/FieldForceManager/i770/download.htm into the browser
- Select Install Field Force Manager and select Ok
- Select Yes
- The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Select Done
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu and start Field Force Manager
- Approve the location privacy settings. Choose to allow the application access GPS for all hours and days.
- Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
- Select Accept when the warning is displayed
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Select Settings
- Select System
- Select Clocks & Alarms
- Select Set date and time to current date and time
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Click on the Internet Explorer menu item
- Enter http://support.fieldforcemanager.com/deploy/FieldForceManager/MC75/download.htm into the web browser and select Ok
- Select Install Field Force Manager and select Ok
- Select Yes
- The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Select Done
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu and start Field Force Manager
- Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
- Select Accept when the warning is displayed
