Enable Location Tracking on the Phone

1. From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
2. Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu
3. Scroll to System and click OK
4. Scroll to Location and click OK
5. Select Location On and click OK
6. Press the Red Hang Up key to return to the phone’s main menu

Install and Activate Field Force Manager

1. From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
2. Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Get it Now menu
3. Scroll to Get Going and click OK
4. Scroll to Get New, click OK, and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
5. Select Business/Information and click OK
6. Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
7. Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK. Wait while the phone downloads the application
8. The phone will prompt you to run the application. Scroll to Yes and click OK
9. Enter the phone’s phone number and click OK
10. Locate the phone’s phone number from the list below and enter the corresponding PIN. Click OK
11. Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed
12. Click Accept when the privacy agreement is displayed
13. Click OK when the "Permission to Locate You" screen is displayed. DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS. You will specify the hours you want to track your employees in the Web application.
14. Click OK to confirm the permission summary screen.
15. If prompted to enable location on your phone, click OK

IMPORTANT: Firmware Version Check

1. From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
2. Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu
3. Scroll to Phone Info and click OK
4. Scroll to SW Version and click OK
5. Locate the Software Version information. It will be V9200M11 or V9200M12.
6. If the Software Version does NOT end in M12, you need to upgrade the phone's software before you can setup Field Force Manager on this phone. Please call our customer support specialists at 877.477.4899 for information on this upgrade process.
   If the Software Version ends in M12 then press the End key to return to the phone’s main menu and continue the setup process.

   If firmware version is the same as the above or higher then press the End key to return to the phone’s main menu and continue the setup process.

3. Select the GPS menu item
4. Select the GPS Services and set to Location On
5. Press the Back button and select Save to the change made
6. Press the Back button key to return to the phone’s main menu

1. From the phone’s main menu, click on the Browser menu item
2. Select Field Force Manager and press in the trackball
3. Select Install Field Force Manager and press in the trackball
4. Check the box for Set Application Permissions,and select the Download button
5. Select View to set permissions for Field Force Manager
6. Set the permissions for All Connactions to Allow, and Save changes
7. The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Run
8. The application will activate automatically using your devices phone number
9. Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
10. Select Accept when the warning is displayed

2. Click on the Internet Explorer menu item
3. Select Field Force Manager and select Ok
4. Select Install Field Force Manager and select Ok
5. Select Yes
6. The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Select Done
7. Go toto the Windows Mobile® software Start menu and start Field Force Manager
8. Approve the location privacy settings. Choose to allow the application access GPS for all hours and days.
9. Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
10. Select Accept when the warning is displayed
