This course is designed to provide you with the tools you will need to manage
your workers from the Field Force Manager Website.
Track and Manage Your Mobile Workforce
- Learn to navigate the website using the tabs, toolbar and filters
- Become skilled at locating your workers using maps and breadcrumb trails
- Create locations to identify when workers are at jobs or out of bounds
- View the current communication status of your workers
- Create custom alerts specific to your business' needs
- View alerts triggered by your employees in the field
Reports
- Run and view reports on your workers collected from GPS data
- Learn how to set up and run reports for unique groups of workers over specific periods of time
Administration
- Walk through the initial configuration of your phones and the website using the application set up wizard
- Customize the website by changing your company's settings and preferences
- Learn to create and edit website users
- Separate your workers into distinct groups
- Set Hours of Operations for individual workers
- Receive additional resources, including support and training links
Course Length: 30 minutes
The course is live via Webex, led by a Field Force Manager instructor.
