Below you will find instructions for downloading and activating Field Force Manager on the
phones that you have purchased for your mobile workforce. Before you begin, please make sure that you
know the phone number for each handset you will be activating.

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu
- Scroll to System and click OK
- Scroll to Location and click OK
- Select Location On and click OK
- Press the Red Hang Up key to return to the phone’s main menu
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Get it Now menu
- Scroll to Get Going and click OK
- Scroll to Get New, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Featured Apps or Business/Tools
and click OK
- Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.
Wait while the phone downloads the application
- The phone will prompt you to run the application. Scroll to Yes and click OK
- Enter the phone’s phone number and click OK
- Locate the phone’s phone number from the list below and enter the corresponding PIN. Click OK
- Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed
- Click Accept when the privacy agreement is displayed
- Click OK when the "Permission to Locate You" screen is displayed.
DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS. You will specify the hours you want to track your employees in the Web application.
- Click OK to confirm the permission summary screen.
- If prompted to enable location on your phone, click OK
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Get it Now menu
- Scroll to Tools on the Go and click OK
- Scroll to Get New App, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Business/Tools or Featured Apps
and click OK
- Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.

- Scroll to Phone Info and click OK
- Scroll to SW Version and click OK
- Locate the Software Version information. It will be V9200M11 or V9200M12.
- If the Software Version does NOT end in M12, you need to upgrade the phone's software
before you can setup Field Force Manager on this phone. Please call our customer support specialists at
877.477.4899 for information on this upgrade process.
If the Software Version ends in M12 then press the End key to return to the
phone’s main menu and continue the setup process.
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys to locate the Settings and Tools menu
- Scroll to Phone Settings and click OK
- Scroll to Location and click OK
- Select Location On and click OK
- Press the End key to return to the phone’s main menu
- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Get it Now menu
- Scroll to Get Going and click OK
- Scroll to Get New App, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Business/Tools or Featured Apps

- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.

- Locate the phone’s phone number from the list below and enter the corresponding PIN. Click OK
- Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed

- Click OK when the "Permission to Locate You" screen is displayed.

- From the phone’s main menu, click on the Menu button
- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Get it Now menu
- Scroll to Tools On The Go and click OK
- Scroll to Get New App, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Business/Tools or Featured Apps
and click OK
- Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.

- Use the left and right arrow keys on your handset to locate the Media Center menu
- Scroll to Browse and Download and click OK
- Scroll to Get New Application, click OK,
and wait while the phone connects to the Verizon Wireless network
- Select Business Tools / Information
and click OK
- Scroll to Field Force Manager and click OK
- Scroll to Free ‒ Unlimited and click OK.
Wait while the phone downloads the application
- The phone will prompt you to run the application. Scroll to Yes and click OK
- The application will automatically activate and login
- Click Accept when the usage agreement is displayed
- Click Accept when the privacy agreement is displayed
- Click OK when the "Permission to Locate You" screen is displayed.

- Click OK to confirm the permission summary screen.
- If prompted to enable location on your phone, click OK
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Select Settings
- Select More
- Select More
- Select Phone Settings
- Select Network
- Change GPS toLocation On Select done
- Press the Red Phone button key to return to the phone’s main menu
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu.
- Click on the Internet Explorer menu item
- Select Field Force Manager and select Ok
- Select Install Field Force Manager and select Ok
- Select Yes
- The application will now download, when complete you will be prompted to Select Done
- Go to the Windows Mobile® software Start menu and start Field Force Manager
- Approve the location privacy settings. Choose to allow the application access GPS for all hours and days.
- Select Accept when the EULA agreement is displayed
- Select Accept when the warning is displayed
