You may need to deactivate a package assigned to your phone number or cancel the account completely.
Please reach out to your Verizon sales representative or Verizon support to cancel your FFM service for a phone number.
Note: All billing as well as provisioning and cancelation of numbers for FFM is done by Verizon, and it is out of scope for FFM support.
- Log in to the FFM web portal.
- Navigate to Administration > Devices.
The corresponding number will not be displayed in the Devices list anymore.
