You may need to deactivate a package assigned to your phone number.
You have at least one phone number with an active FFM service.
Please reach out to your Verizon sales representative or Verizon support (click Chat with us at the bottom of the Verizon support page) to cancel your FFM service for a phone number.
- Log in to the FFM web portal.
- Navigate to Administration > Devices.
The corresponding number will not be displayed in the Devices list anymore.
