Overview
You may want to contact Field Force Manager support when you have questions about our product, want to add a new phone number to your account, or experience certain issues with any features of the product.
Solution
- Click Submit a request in the top right corner of the page.
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your credentials.
- Click Sign up and follow the instructions if you do not have an account.
- All customers who contacted FFM support previously can click Forgot my password to restore the credentials.
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your credentials.
- On the new page:
- Enter additional emails in CC if needed.
- Enter a Subject for your request.
Note: You will see suggested articles that might help you complete the request without having to contact support. - Enter a detailed Description of your request or issue - make sure to include the phone number of the affected worker, name of the related job, form, report, or any additional information.
- Select an appropriate Priority for your request.
- Select the most closely related feature of the product in the Issue Details field.
- Add a checkmark if you prefer to be contacted by phone.
- Add any attachments if needed.
- Indicate if your request originates from the European Union or contains any sensitive data.
- Click Submit.
Confirmation
You will receive an automated email that your request was created. You can review your requests by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen and selecting My Activities.
