Overview
You may want to download submitted forms to share with customers or co-workers.
Prerequisites
You need to have an account with the Company Administrator, Super User role, or a custom role with the rights to view forms.
Solution
- Log in to the Field Force Manager web portal using your credentials and company ID.
- Navigate to Forms > Submitted Forms or Submitted Public Forms depending on your needs.
- Locate the required form based on submitted date, form name, linked activity (job action, shift start or end, or Ad hoc form), the worker who submitted the form, address from which the form was submitted.
Also, you can click on the form and select View Submitted Form Detail to confirm that this is the form you need. - Once you have identified the form you need:
- Click on the PDF icon to download the form to your computer.
- Click on the Envelope icon to send the form to a user right away.
- Click on the PDF icon to download the form to your computer.
Testing
Open the downloaded PDF file and check that it contains the required form details.
