Overview
You are trying to install the mobile app on a new Sonim basic phone (e.g., X3, XP3) but nothing happens when you are trying to download the installation file.
Information
Sonim feature phones should have Field Force Manager pre-installed and you don't need to install it manually.
If you cannot find FFM on your device (under Menu > Applications), reach out to your Verizon sales representative or Verizon support (click Chat with us at the bottom of the Verizon support page) to have your phone replaced with the device that already has the FFM application pre-installed.
